Billing and grace windows

How payment failures, grace periods, suspension, and reclaim are handled.

Payment states

Active: licence and routing remain live.

Grace: payment issue detected, services continue during grace window.

Suspended: grace expired or subscription status moved to unpaid.

Grace expiry

Before grace expiry, WeBoost sends proactive warning notifications.

If unresolved, the licence can be reclaimed automatically and inventory returned to available.

Invoices and payment updates

Use the billing portal in dashboard to update payment methods and review invoices.

When billing is restored, lifecycle status updates automatically.
