Resolve account access

Recover access to your dashboard, recover passwords, and sign in with the correct email.

Sign-in path

Use your work email and password on the login page, or request a fresh magic link when needed.

After sign-in, you are directed to your customer dashboard or admin control surface.

If you changed your email or password

Use the same email address as your purchase account.

If credentials are out of date, use the magic link flow or contact support.

What to check if access is blocked

Clear browser cookies, retry sign in, and ensure you are using the latest browser version.

If the page is still blocked, request a password reset from your login flow.
