Lead routing

How enquiries are routed and when call handling becomes active.

Routing prerequisites

Lead routing activates after your licence is secured, onboarding includes a routing phone number, and activation shows ready on your dashboard.

Prefer a landline or main business number where you can; a mobile number is acceptable for launch if that is what you have today.

A workflow job may be queued internally for a dedicated tracked routing line where applicable — that is manual fulfilment after go-live, not a launch blocker.

What you need to provide

Business name, routing phone number, and logo are required for reliable launch quality.

Website and contact email are optional but recommended.

Operational visibility

Dashboard shows routing readiness and recent lifecycle updates per territory.

Any blockers are surfaced with a clear status, not silent failures.
