How enquiries are routed and when call handling becomes active.

Routing prerequisites

Lead routing activates after licence is secured, onboarding is complete, and billing is active.

Phone provisioning is queued automatically when a secured territory is ready.

If telephony provisioning is still pending, direct routing fallback keeps activation live until a tracked number is attached.

What you need to provide

Business name, routing phone number, and logo are required for reliable launch quality.

Website and contact email are optional but recommended.

Operational visibility

Dashboard shows routing readiness and recent lifecycle updates per territory.

Any blockers are surfaced with a clear status, not silent failures.
