Booking and membership systems

Connect a booking with the work that follows.

Make services, availability and membership choices clearer, with booking rules and operational handovers agreed around your business.

Does this sound familiar?

Customers need to understand availability, session choices and membership rules before committing. Your team then fills the gaps with manual confirmations, changes and repeated explanations.

What changes

A clearer route from choosing a service to managing the appointment or membership, with the right information available to the team delivering it.

A defined scope, built around your team.

Rules that match the service

Map availability, capacity, session types, membership entitlements and any approval steps before selecting the platform or custom scope.

A clear booking experience

Scope the service choices, availability view, reservation or payment step and confirmations. Make important terms visible before the customer commits.

Practical changes and exceptions

Agree how staff handle cancellations, rescheduling, access and entitlement questions, with a controlled recovery path when a booking cannot be confirmed.

Customer messages, membership changes and payment operations require review and approval. An existing customer's bookings or entitlements are never changed merely to demonstrate the system.

Relevant work, in context.

The Fuse Saunas project illustrates a booking-led customer journey. Availability, memberships and booking rules are scoped to each business; this example is not a ready-made fit for every operation.

Start with one journey.

We agree the responsibilities and acceptance checks before building, then review the result with the people who will use it.

  1. 1

    Understand your operating rules

Review services, capacity, memberships and the staff workflow, including existing customers and commitments.

  2. 2

    Build the agreed journey

Review the customer choices and operational screens against those rules. Keep provider and payment changes separately controlled.

  3. 3

    Check normal and exception scenarios

Test availability, confirmation and agreed change paths, then approve rollout and support responsibilities.

What shapes the price?

E-commerce and booking projects from £5,000. Typically £5,000–£12,000, depending on scope. Membership rules, integrations, migration and support are confirmed in the individual proposal.

Questions before you start.

Can you connect our existing booking platform?

We review its supported connections and rules first. Keeping it, integrating it or migrating are options to assess rather than assumptions.

Can the system include memberships?

Yes, when entitlements, renewal rules, access and exceptions are explicitly scoped. Existing memberships need continuity and reconciliation checks.

Will you migrate live bookings and customer records?

Only within an agreed migration scope, with appropriate access, customer-data permissions and reconciliation before switching systems.
