E-commerce websites

Make choosing and buying feel straightforward.

Build a connected product, basket and checkout journey around your catalogue, customers and order-handling needs.

Does this sound familiar?

Product options are difficult to compare, delivery information arrives too late and staff answer the same questions before customers can buy. The website and the order-handling process do not quite join up.

What changes

Customers can understand the product, choose suitable options and complete the agreed checkout journey, while your team receives the information needed to fulfil the order.

A defined scope, built around your team.

A catalogue customers can use

Organise product information, options, imagery and the agreed delivery or collection information around the decisions buyers need to make.

A defined checkout journey

Scope the basket, payment-provider integration, confirmations and customer-facing exceptions. Agree shipping, tax and commercial rules before implementation.

An operational order handover

Connect agreed order details to fulfilment tools or staff workflows. Include the permissions, reconciliation and failure handling the operation needs.

Payment-provider setup, customer messages, commercial terms and live launch are agreed and approved separately from the website build.

Relevant work, in context.

The EcoPrint project provides context for a product-led buying and operational journey. Its capabilities and results are project-specific, not a ready-made promise for your catalogue.

Start with one journey.

We agree the responsibilities and acceptance checks before building, then review the result with the people who will use it.

  1. 1

    Map catalogue and buying decisions

Review products, variants, content and order handling. Select a suitable platform against those requirements.

  2. 2

    Build the agreed shopping journey

Review product pages and checkout states with the people responsible for selling and fulfilling the orders.

  3. 3

    Test the commercial scenarios

Check the agreed purchase, confirmation and exception paths with controlled test data before separately approving a live launch.

What shapes the price?

E-commerce and booking projects from £5,000. Typically £5,000–£12,000, depending on scope. The proposal confirms catalogue, checkout, integration and migration scope; platform and transaction charges are separate.

Questions before you start.

Can you work with our existing shop platform?

We assess its capabilities, access and limitations before recommending whether to keep, connect or migrate it.

Are product entry and migration included?

Only where named in the proposal. Product content, variants, customer data and existing orders need their own mapping, permissions and checks.

Are hosting and transaction fees included?

Platform subscriptions, payment-provider fees and ongoing support are identified separately from the build scope.
