After checkout & activation

A simple order of events from payment to live — so you always know what comes next.

    Payment completes

    Stripe confirms payment. Your sector and region are locked to you — no one else can complete checkout for that same slot while your licence is active.

  2. 2

    Account & onboarding

    You create or sign in to your account with the same email you used at checkout, then complete onboarding: business name, routing phone, logo, and any other required fields.

  3. 3

    Activation

    We switch on your local pages and enquiry routing. Most operators go live within about 24 hours of completing onboarding; if something is missing, we wait on you to provide it.

  4. 4

    Enquiries flow to you

    When live, people who find your local pages can submit an enquiry or call you — delivery goes to the contacts you configured, not to a shared lead list.

Billing & grace

Subscriptions renew through Stripe. If payment fails, you get a grace window and email alerts before suspension.
