Billing & subscription

How payments, renewals, grace periods, and cancellations work — without the small print overload.

What you are paying for

A fixed subscription for your exclusive local, regional, or national licence. You are not paying per lead and you are not bidding in an auction — the fee is the same each billing cycle unless you change licence or area with us.

Monthly subscription

Monthly bills each month. Exact amounts are always on the pricing page.

Protected while subscribed

Your area stays protected while subscribed. If the subscription ends, the area can return to available inventory for another operator in that sector.

Where you manage payment

Cards and invoices run through Stripe. From your dashboard you can open the billing portal to update cards, download invoices, or cancel renewal. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

If a payment fails (grace)

If a charge fails, we move the licence into a grace window and email you. You have time to fix the card or billing issue before anything is turned off. If billing is not restored in time, the licence can suspend and the area may eventually return to open inventory — see our detailed walkthrough:

Cancellation

You can cancel renewal through the Stripe billing portal subject to any amounts already billed. When the subscription ends, routing and exclusivity end with it and the territory can become available for someone else.

Reactivation

If an area has returned to the pool, you secure it again the same way as any new buyer: check availability and complete checkout if the slot is open.
